Traditional Swiss wrestling has become a new favourite sport for the Swiss. At Ballenberg, in a lovely setting, this down-to-earth sport can be watched close-up. The Ballenberg-Schwinget is the first ---"Schwingfest" of the season and therefore especially popular with the major players of traditional Swiss wrestling. The strong sportsmen fight it out on the meadow in front of the Farmhouse from Madiswil BE (321) following all the "Hosenlupf" rules.
